Negotiation workshops
Negotiation is a skill that we all use on a daily basis – why not learn to do it well?
These
60-90 minute workshops will help you prepare for your own negotiations,
be they contract discussions, written funding applications,
organizational planning meetings, or day-to-day management.
Participants will learn the principles and language of negotiation,
plus have the opportunity to investigate how these principles apply to
their own situation. Each workshop includes a brief negotiation
workbook, covering principles and applications of negotiation
techniques, as well as oodles of newfound wisdom.
Available
as single sessions (in person or via conference call) or in half-day or
